Kerry Sheehan

Kerry Sheehan was born in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, and began dancing at the age of eight. She trained extensively in ballet, jazz, modern, and hip-hop before moving to North Carolina in 2018 to study contemporary dance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. During her time there, she earned full scholarships to intensives with LA Contemporary Dance Company and Koresh Dance Company.

Since graduating, Kerry has discovered a deep passion for teaching adults. She began her teaching journey in 2023 at Urban Movement Arts in Philadelphia and has since dedicated herself to the art of voguing as a member of the House of Oricci. She has been fortunate to learn from esteemed mentors, including Rylee Locker, Davon Smith, Omari Wiles, and Stan Elle.

Kerry’s teaching style is calm, detail-oriented, and infused with a sense of fun. She hopes her students leave class with greater body awareness, confidence, and joy.
